South Hummocks Model Aero Club is situated out of the city limits and as such has a freedom and beauty unlike many other clubs who maybe confined to city noise and restrictive rules.
Nestled at the base of the magnificent South-Hummocks Ranges, our club offers a relaxed country club for the experienced and novice flyer. We also cater for anyone considering the hobby, newcomers, school-groups and welfare organisations who would like to try flying a Radio Controlled or give their group an outing to remember. With a depth of trained model pilots who have mastered their sport, you will be exposed to all aspects of this very rewarding and challenging hobby. SHMAC (Its more than just an aerosport club!).
